    I found these cards an easy and accessible way of improving my coaching skills as a newcomer to coaching as a management style. They helped get me past the ‘what question to ask next’ phase and provided considerable learning for me, listening to the responses people gave and how they started to solve problems themselves.

    I love your coaching cards, and use them a lot with groups.

    I work for a leadership development company called First Ascent Group and often have to skill up groups of corporate managers in coaching. Your cards are a really useful resource for them.

    Too often , I think we trainers and coaches seriously under-estimate the challenge that most managers have in changing mindset from “Tell” to Ask”, and if they can explore how to do to this using your cards, then, this gives them a real head start.
