Reveal Solutions Training Ltd. Is a UK training business registered as a limited company 7327493 at Companies House, 4 Abbey Orchard Street, Westminster, London. SW1P 2HT who’s primary purpose is to support the personal development of individuals, through (i) training courses designed for and run in organisations as part of the organisations development offering (ii) through the attendance of public NLP & mBIT courses (iii) through coaching by one of our coaches (iv)by the use of products sold by Reveal Solutions Training Ltd.
How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you in the following ways
- when you use our website, for example when you make a purchase of products or courses from our online store or when you participate in any of the online free quizzes. Or you register to join our mailing list. Or when you want to follow or leave a comment on the blog page.
- Register for Reveal Solutions webinars
- Undertake an agreed psychometric test or 360 degree feedback process as part of your personal development
- When undertaking 1:1 coaching as part of a coaching agreement
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. If you are completing a psychometric questionnaire, your personality preferences leading to potential indication of personality type or traits, it is collected by third party psychometric test providers who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of questionnaire responses, as explained below and then made available to us in the form of a test report which we share with you.
How is you information used?
We may use your information to:
- process orders that you have submitted;
- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
- dealing with entries into a competition;
- seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
- notify you of changes to our services;
- send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about up and coming trainings, products and services.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
